We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The Interior Draftsman will be responsible for translating interior design concepts into detailed technical drawings and plans.

**Responsibilities**:
**Drafting and Design**:
Create detailed interior design drawings, plans, and elevations based on conceptual designs provided by interior designers.

Develop accurate and precise technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant drafting software.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with interior designers, architects, and other team members to ensure that design intent is accurately represented in the technical drawings.

Incorporate feedback from project stakeholders and make necessary revisions to drawings.

**Material and Finish Selection**:
Assist in the selection and specification of materials, finishes, and furnishings in collaboration with the design team.

Create material boards or schedules to communicate design details.

**Code Compliance**:
Ensure that all drawings and designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Stay informed about changes in building codes and integrate them into the design process.

**Documentation**:
Prepare comprehensive sets of construction documents, including floor plans, sections, details, and schedules.

Organize and maintain project documentation for reference and future use.

**Communication**:
Effectively communicate design ideas and technical information to project team members.

Participate in design meetings, providing input and insights into the technical aspects of the projects.

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
