**Job Title: Marketing Executive**

Haus of Homez, a start-up which specializes in providing end-to-end service along with designing and manufacturing modular wooden panels for various types of furniture, including kitchens, wardrobes, and other home furnishings for various types of furniture, is seeking an experienced sales executive to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure the optimal use of resources
- Create and manage social media content and campaigns to promote the brand and engage with customers
- Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and videos
- Plan and execute events and exhibitions to showcase the company's products and services
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Marketing in Interior Design Industry: 2 years (required)
