
Inventory Controller

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of furniture inventory within the centralized inventory garage, ensuring efficient utilization of space and resources.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to schedule inbound deliveries of furniture items, verifying quantities and quality upon arrival.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical stock levels with system records, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, including barcode scanning, labeling, and bin location management, to streamline operations and minimize errors.
- Coordinate with branch managers to fulfill orders and transfer inventory between branches as needed, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of inter-branch movements.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points for fast-moving items, generating purchase orders and replenishment requests to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and clearance sales, coordinating inventory movements and markdowns accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, proper handling, and storage of furniture items to prevent damage or loss.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff responsible for receiving, storing, and picking furniture inventory, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and productivity.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and stock movements, providing insights and recommendations to management for inventory optimization and cost reduction
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
