Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- **Social Media Management**: Help manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and interacting with followers.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to help inform marketing strategies.
- **Reporting**: Assist in tracking and reporting the performance of marketing activities, analyzing metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, webinars, and product launches.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general support to the marketing team, such as organizing marketing assets, coordinating meetings, and helping with day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools like Google Analytics, MailChimp, Canva, or Hootsuite (a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Creativity**: Strong creative and writing skills for content creation and social media.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- **Team Player**: Eager to collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Previous internship or part-time experience in marketing or a related field.
