**What To Expect From The Role**
- Hands-On Experience With Support And Guidance To Customers.
- Exposure To Customer Service, Management, And Effective Communication.
- Exposure To The Field Of Customer Service And All Its Facets.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet And Welcome Guests As They Come And Go.
- Be Professional And Pleasant While Interacting With Guests.
- Handle Queries And Address Complaints.
- Attend Phone Calls And Redirect Them To The Appropriate Line.
- Take Messages And Pass Them On To The Receiver.
- Maintain A Filing System Of All Required Documents.
**Requirements**:
- Prior Experience In Customer Service As A Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, Or Relevant Position Will Be A Plus Point.
- Must Know How To Use Office Machinery Like A Printer, Etc.
- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office)
- Good Multitasking, Time Management, And Organizational Skills.
- Customer-Oriented And Professional Attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
