Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals and keeps the broader story, message and brand identity in mind
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize across multiple functions on various projects that may include website assets, social media content, presentations, marketing collateral and campaigns, signage, internal communications, and events
- Maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system and ensure graphics are optimized for various formats and platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Create, edit, and enhance video content for promotional campaigns, social media, product launches, website and internal use.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience as a graphic designer or similar creative design role
- Experience with various production disciplines - digital and print
- Experience working cross-functionally and with senior leaders
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with shifting priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Experience contributing to design projects from ideation to creation through implementation
- Experience with presentation design including but not limited to marketing and executive presentations
