**What You'll do**:

- To design and develop software solutions.
- Understand Product needs and help to finalize system specifications along with product owners.
- Thoroughly understand system flow, data usage and work processes. Investigate problem areas and suggest appropriate solution.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to team members
- Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
- Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions. Improve operations by conducting system analysis and recommending changes.
- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
- Provide information by collecting, analysing and summarizing development and service issues.

**What makes you a great fit**:

- Strong on software development fundamentals with experience between 2 to 4 Yrs.
- Good knowledge on Data Structures & Design patterns - UI, Java 8/11, Spring/Springboot Framework with Spring JPA, Spring Security, etc.
- Good knowledge of ORM like JPA/Hibernate
- Experience with any cloud environment, cloud native, containerization.
- Experience in Developing web services (using XML and JSON- Spring MVC/REST, SOAP)
- Familiar with Continuous integration like Jenkins/CircleCI, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and being able to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly
