**Job Designation**:
**CNC Operator (Modular furniture)**

**Machine Operation**: Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and mill modular furniture components according to specified dimensions and design requirements.

**Programming**: Set up and program CNC machines based on technical drawings, CAD models, or other design specifications provided by engineers or designers.

**Material Preparation**: Prepare materials such as wood, plywood, MDF, or other composite materials for machining, ensuring they meet quality standards and dimensions.

**Quality Control**: Monitor the machining process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of fabricated components, making adjustments as necessary.

**Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

**Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.

**Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in operating CNC machines and interpreting technical drawings, CAD models, and machining programs.

**Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy in machining modular furniture components.

**Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during machining processes and implement effective solutions.

**Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks with precision.

**Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating with engineers, designers, and other production staff to ensure smooth workflow and product quality.

**Time Management**: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience: At least 2-3 years of prior experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting, particularly in the production of modular furniture (woodworking segment).

Technical Education: Vocational training or certification in CNC machining, woodworking, or a related field.

Software Skills: Familiarity with CNC programming software such as CAM/CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for creating machining programs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
