**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**:

- Design and deliver high-quality lectures for Daily Current Affairs, Prelims and Mainsas per UPSC requirements.
- Simplify complex topics, ensuring clarity and relevance to the UPSC syllabus.
- **Video Engagement**:

- Live & Record engaging and visually appealing video content.
- Answer queries and interact with aspirants through comments and live sessions.
- **Content Planning and Scripting**:

- Collaborate with the content team to plan YouTube video topics and strategies.
- Create concise, structured, and research-backed scripts for recording.
- **UPSC Guidance**:

- Provide strategic guidance for Prelims, Mains, and Interview preparation.
- Share personal experiences to inspire aspirants and provide practical tips.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **UPSC Experience**:

- Minimum of **2 UPSC Mains appearances** OR **1 Interview appearance**.
- **Educational Qualification**: Graduation in any discipline.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional command of the UPSC syllabus and examination process.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in using online platforms and tools for recording content.
- **Additional Attributes**:

- Passionate about teaching and helping aspirants succeed.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage a diverse audience.
- Prior experience in teaching or content creation is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
