**Job Title**: Accountant / Accounts Executive

**Location**: Nashik

**Reports To**: Manager

**Salary Range**:14000 to 18000/- per month

**Department**: Finance/Accounting

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Book Keeping

2. Maintaining, Sales, and Purchase Register with Bills

3. Proficiency in Tally Software

4. GST working, GSTR-1 File and GST 2A Reco and Generate Challan

5. TDS and TCS working and payment

6. Petty Cash handling

7. Balance Sheet Working

8. Monthly and Weekly Reporting

9. Inventory and Stock management

10. Payment Recovery and Follow-up

11. Knowledge of Word and Excel

12. Salary Working

13. Coordinating with the company Staff for all required Documentation.

14. Bank Reconciliation.

15. E- way bill

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software is a must.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, and other tax-related matters.
- Solid experience in bookkeeping, reporting, and financial reconciliations.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
