Factory Supervisor

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervision and Leadership**:

- Oversee and supervise the activities of factory workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Provide clear instructions and set expectations for productivity and quality.
- Foster a positive and motivated working environment.

**Production Oversight**:

- Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of targets.
- Address any production-related issues promptly and ensure mínimal downtime.
- Coordinate with the management team to align production goals with company objectives.

**Workforce Management**:

- Ensure the workers adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Manage shifts, rotations, and employee attendance.
- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to workers.

**Quality Control and Compliance**:

- Ensure that production processes comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify potential problems.

**Problem-Solving and Reporting**:

- Address operational challenges and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, worker performance, and incident reports.
- Proven experience as a supervisor in a factory or production environment.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle production supervision and ensure targets are met efficiently.
- Energetic, proactive, and capable of commanding a team effectively.
- Willingness to work in shifts (day, night, or rotational).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
