**What we’d like to see**:
You will help us fuel the growth of the Operations Manager category and have a measurable impact across the region using a combination of strategy, planning, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making. You should have good time management skills and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a cross-discipline team. You should have the attitude of hyper iteration and excellent attention to detail.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Implement process specific to the project and client

2. Contribute in lead generation and lead qualification vertical by using internet technologies, Tele-calling, and social media

3. Maintain relationship with gig workers and cross-functional teams

4. Update product knowledge on regular basis

5. Monitoring lead generation of gig workers for developing quality leads

6. Establish a high standard productivity, quality, and customer service

7. Participate in Managing and improving overall performance with stakeholders

8. Maintain consistent professional improvement through workshops, tracking, trends, and active participation in multiple projects

9. Identify& Solve gaps between company & gig workers regularlyto maintain quality and productivity

1. Strong analysis and interpretation skills

2. Ability to plan in the best manner and excellent execution skills

3. Excellent account management/process management skills

4. Excellent people management skills

6. Willingness to learn and enhance own development by taking responsibility for staying informed and up to date with industry knowledge

**The Good to haves**:
1. Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.

2. Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines

3. Ability to establish successful working relationships.

4. A self-starter attitude and should be able to motivate others to improve their quality of work.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
