**Job Summary**:
As a Data Mining Specialist at Bringle Tech Private Ltd., you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying patterns, and transforming raw data into valuable insights that inform decision-making and support business strategies. This role will involve the use of statistical tools and machine learning algorithms to extract information from structured and unstructured data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection & Preparation**: Gather data from various internal and external sources, clean, preprocess, and structure it for analysis.
- **Data Mining**: Utilize data mining techniques such as clustering, classification, regression, and anomaly detection to extract meaningful patterns and trends from large datasets.
- **Database Management**: Manage and maintain company databases, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of data.
- **Algorithm Development**: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms to analyze data efficiently.
- **Reporting & Visualization**: Present findings through reports, charts, and dashboards to communicate key insights to stakeholders, management, and cross-functional teams.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and other departments to support various business operations and initiatives.
- **Trend Analysis**: Identify potential business opportunities or risks based on historical data trends and predictive analysis.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Strong knowledge of data mining tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries and algorithms.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- **Database Knowledge**: Experience with relational databases (SQL) and non-relational databases.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to solve complex problems through logical reasoning and analysis.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to data accuracy and a high level of precision in managing large datasets.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a data mining or data analysis role.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for data storage and processing.
