**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement a comprehensive coding curriculum that introduces students to programming languages, coding concepts, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques, tailored to their age, experience level, and learning objectives.
- **Individualized Learning**: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs, interests, and learning styles of students, providing personalized support, scaffolding, and enrichment opportunities as necessary to ensure their success and engagement in coding.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, code reviews, projects, and coding challenges, providing constructive feedback, guidance, and encouragement to help students improve their coding skills and understanding.
- **Technology Integration**: Integrate technology tools and resources effectively into instruction to enhance learning outcomes, including coding software, programming environments, online tutorials, interactive websites, and educational apps, and promote digital literacy and computational thinking skills.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, managing student behavior effectively, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and active participation, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
- **Parental Engagement**: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to share student progress, showcase student work, and solicit feedback and support, fostering positive partnerships between home and school to support student learning and development in coding.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of current trends, technologies, and best practices in coding education, participate in workshops, conferences, and online courses, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in coding languages and programming concepts, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Scratch, or others.
- Previous teaching experience in coding, computer science, or STEM education preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for teaching coding and inspiring students to pursue careers in technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
