Customer Support Executive

This position is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, responsive, and detail-oriented. You will be the first point of contact for international clients—handling queries, managing communications, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide product information, pricing details, lead times, and follow-up support.
- Coordinate internally to ensure accurate order processing and timely dispatch.
- Maintain client records and manage follow-ups on quotations and samples.
- Handle basic export documentation and support the logistics team as needed.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with global customers and distributors.
**Requirements**:
- Strong **verbal and written English communication** skills.
- Experience in **customer service**, preferably in **exports or international trade**.
- Organized, responsive, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
