Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive
Presales Executive is responsible for working closely with the sales team and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This role involves demonstrating product capabilities, creating proposals, and delivering presentations that effectively address customer requirements. The Presales Executive acts as a technical expert and a strategic advisor to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
**Responsibilities**:
- Help sales executives during the technical presentations
- Pitch solutions to a customer and explain all the features and benefits of a particular product or service
- Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers
- Provide knowledge support to the entire sales team
- Good strategic thinking skills, Problem-solving skills, Teamwork skills, Communication skills
Key Skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and work effectively within a team.
- Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
