**Job description**:
The Structural Design Engineer plays a critical role in the design and analysis of various structures, ensuring their safety, functionality, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. This position involves working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, civil engineers, and construction professionals, to create innovative and reliable solutions for a wide range of construction projects. The Structural Design Engineer applies engineering principles, software tools, and analytical techniques to develop efficient and aesthetically pleasing structures.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Structural Analysis and Design**: Utilize engineering software and tools to perform structural analysis and design for different types of structures, such as Metro buildings, bridges, Airports, and other infrastructure projects.
- **Conceptualization and Planning**: Collaborate with architects, clients, and other team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
- **Code and Standards Compliance**: Stay up-to-date with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- **Detailed Design Development**: Produce detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations that provide comprehensive instructions for construction teams.
- **Risk Assessment**:Identify potential risks and challenges related to structural design and propose mitigation strategies. Analyze and address factors that may impact the integrity of the structure over its lifespan.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with architects, civil engineers, project managers, and other professionals to integrate structural design with overall project requirements.
- **Project Management**:Manage timelines, budgets, and resources related to structural design tasks.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay informed about advancements in structural engineering, construction techniques, and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g. ETABS, STAAD.Pro) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate and high-quality design documentation.
- Experience in project management and working within project constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively in structural design solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
