**Job Title**: Telecaller - Sales Data Coordination

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller to connect with Sales Representatives regularly to collect and compile market-related and internal data. This role requires strong communication skills, basic data recording abilities, and a keen sense of follow-up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to Sales Representatives to gather information on market trends, stock status, competitor activities, and sales performance.
- Collect internal data as per predefined formats and ensure accuracy.
- Follow up on pending inputs and ensure timely submission of data.
- Maintain daily call logs and update reports for internal tracking.
- Coordinate with the sales team and relevant departments to resolve data discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and Bangla
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
- Prior experience in telecalling or data collection roles preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.
