**We have a opening for our Corporate Office for the role - Payroll MIS Executive**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical **Payroll MIS Executive** to support payroll operations through accurate data management and reporting. The role involves maintaining payroll data, preparing MIS reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth payroll processing.

**Job Title**:

- Payroll MIS Executive.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Collect, analyze, and manage HR operational data, including recruitment, employee database, and other HR-related information.
- Generate regular and ad hoc MIS reports (attendance, salary registers, headcount, overtime, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain HR-related MIS reports, dashboards, and charts using tools like Excel.
- Automate reporting processes using Excel tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) or payroll software.
- Generate both periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Prepare and maintain employee headcount data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and other data visualization tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in data collection and analysis.
- Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the payroll team for data collation.
- Managing the HR operational /recruitment-related MIS Data Reports, Database reports.
- Maintain employee files and ensure timely updates.
- Handle confidential employee information.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in people analytics and HR technology.
- Should be able to Extract and Manage Data from HRMS Thread / Zing HR.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.)
- Familiarity with payroll systems and HRMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho, ADP)
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of payroll compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.

**Requirements**:
**Education - Bachelors or Diploma - Excel or MIS course.**

**Experience - 4 to 6 Years**
