**Qualifications**:

- ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in civil/material testing laboratories is preferred but not mandatory

**Responsibilities**:

- Support engineers in conducting **civil material tests** (such as concrete, soil, aggregates, etc.)
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
- Accurately record and report test results
- Ensure adherence to lab safety procedures and protocols

**Key Skills**:

- Basic understanding of **civil material testing methods**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow technical instructions and testing standards
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
