**Summary**:
Visualization Services Expert is responsible for leading the visualization activities and overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of data visualization solutions. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring that visualization efforts align with the organization’s business objectives.

- **Budget Management**: Manage the budget for the visualization services department, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

- ** Performance Monitoring**: Monitor the performance of visualization services and make necessary improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- ** Project Oversight**: Oversee all visualization projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Ensure all visualizations are accurate, effective, and meet the highest quality standards.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and ensure solutions are aligned with business goals.
- ** Strategy Development**: Develop and implement a strategic plan for data visualization services that aligns with organizational goals.
- ** Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and manage data visualization specialists, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- ** Tool and Technology Management**: Evaluate, select, and manage data visualization tools and technologies. Ensure efficient use of resources and manage licenses.
- ** Training and Support**: Provide training and support to team members and end-users on data visualization tools and best practices.
- ** Data Governance**: Ensure visualizations comply with data governance policies and standards.
- ** User Experience**: Focus on creating user-friendly and accessible visualizations.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Work Experience**:

- **Experience**:At least 10 years of experience in data visualization, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- ** Educational Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fiel
