**Job Description: Project Supervisor/ IT Project Coordinator**

**Experience**:Minimum 2 years in IT project coordination
**Location**: Vidyavihar
- Mumbai
**Timing-** 9:45 to 6:30

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Coordination**: Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies. Coordinate project activities, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with project objectives.

**Resource Management**: Assign tasks to project team members, ensuring that their skills and expertise are maximized for efficient project execution. Monitor resource allocation and availability to prevent bottlenecks.

**Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and obstacles that could impact project progress. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these risks and maintain project momentum.

**Progress Tracking**: Monitor project timelines and milestones, tracking progress against the project plan. Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on the status of tasks, milestones, and overall project health.

**Communication**:Maintain clear and open communication channels among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership. Address any concerns or issues promptly and ensure that everyone is informed of project updates and changes.

**Quality Control**: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and expectations. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to maintain high-quality outcomes.

**Problem Solving**: Proactively identify challenges or roadblocks that arise during project execution. Work collaboratively with the project team todevelop creative solutions and keep the project on track.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and relevant communications. Ensure that project records are organized and easily accessible for reference.

**Team Leadership**: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project team members. Foster a positive and productive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.). Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role, demonstrating successful project management and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to make decisions under pressure.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivation, and accountability.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
