**Role Description**

We are looking for a passionate, user-centered UI/UX Designer to join a collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Have an eye for clean and artful web design and should also have superior user interface design skills.
- Be able to gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Craft solutions for layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and mobile devices.
- Design, create, and optimize graphic content for websites, mobile apps, social media and online ads
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Rapidly prototype and deliver multiple iterations and versions of a design

**Role Requirements**
- Excellent understanding of layouts, frameworks, typography and UX patterns for mobile and web and responsive design
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio (Strong online portfolio with relevant experience must be available for viewing)
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Designing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects
- Understanding of file versioning tools, naming conventions & W3C standards
- Knowledge of typography, layout and color theory
- Good to have experience in tools like Axure, balsamiq, Invision etc.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, coordinating with all stakeholders - engineering, product & clients.
- Familiarity with HTML,Html5, JavaScript, and CSS, Responsive design capabilities is a plus

**Non-Negotiables**
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment
- Passionate about design and stays up to date with the latest web design technologies and techniques
- Effective communicator with a good command over both written and spoken English

**Key Skills**: Adobe Suite of Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), Wireframing, Prototyping, Graphic Design, Visual Design, Typography
