**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance ad performance.
- Manage and monitor Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to ensure budget efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to improve campaign strategies.
- Manage organic and paid traffic growth through strategic social media management and SEO integration.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns and digital marketing (3+ years preferred).
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms.
- Solid understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting software.
- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the home interiors or design industry.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
