**Junior Architect**

**Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu**

**Experience: Freshers**

**Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Assistance**: Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural designs and plans, including conceptual sketches and detailed drawings.
- **Drafting & Modeling**: Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to assess project progress, gather measurements, and ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- **Documentation**: Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports.
- **Client Interaction**: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design concepts.
- **Research**: Stay updated on building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices to ensure compliance and innovation in projects.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
