**Position Overview**:We are seeking an experienced attorney to assume a key back-office role in supporting patent litigation teams. This is a non-litigation, support-focused position, ideal for individuals who thrive in intellectually engaging roles and are passionate about making a difference in the patent law ecosystem.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with attorneys and their support teams to develop trial presentations and materials for patent litigation.
- Analyze court briefs and provide guidance to internal teams on creating compelling trial graphics, including storyboards and visual aids, iterating with clients to finalize presentations.
- Support infringement and invalidity study teams by evaluating the strength of evidence and constructing well-reasoned legal arguments for clients.
- Leverage advanced AI tools to enhance the value and effectiveness of client deliverables.
- Play an instrumental role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of litigation support deliverables.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- A postgraduate degree in patent law, preferably coupled with a graduate degree in a STEM field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in patent prosecution and litigation, with exposure to global patent systems being an added advantage.
