**Hospital Administrator**

Qualification: MBA/MHA

Experience: 7 to 10 yrs in Hospital administration/Operations/PRO is mandatory

Skills: Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Interpersonal skills, Teamwork, Relationship-building, Analytical skills, and Logical skills.

Location: Pandalam, Pathnamthitta

**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage operations**: Oversee daily operations, Patient and staff management including scheduling work and ordering supplies.
- **Marketing and Business Development**: Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s services, while also actively seeking out new business opportunities
- **Develop policies**: Create and implement policies for procedures, including standards for nursing, allied health, and administrative staff
- **Monitor finances**: Create budgets, track expenses, and suggest cost-effective alternatives
- **Ensuring Compliance**: Ensuring the hospital meets its goals and adhere regulations
- **Purchase and Stores**: Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are made on time.
- **Coordinate with staff**: Work with medical staff, including doctors and nurses, to ensure high-quality health services
- **Maintain records**: Keep organized records for employees and medical information
- **Communicating with stakeholders**: Acting on behalf of the hospital in communication with external vendors, stakeholders, regulatory bodies and of the public.
- **Vehicle management**: Manage a hospital’s fleet of vehicles safely and effectively, including tracking, maintenance and driver safety.
- **Stay up-to-date**: Stay current with healthcare regulations and industry standards

**Resolve issues**: Answer questions from staff and patients, and resolve potential issues

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Hospital administration: 7 years (preferred)
