**Job Description: Preschool Teacher**

Location: Kangaroo Kids International Preschool, Sector 49, Gurugram (5-minute walk from Sapphire Mall, Orchid Petals)

**Salary**: ₹22,000 - ₹26,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support holistic child development.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and share regular updates with parents.
- Support the emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth of every child.
- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and educational field trips.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and colleagues.
- Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve the learning experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teaching / Equivalent.
- Minimum **1-3 years of teaching experience** in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and nurturing their growth.
- Creativity, patience, and a positive attitude.
