**Role description**:
We are searching for an engaged telecaller to boost partner supply in Bangalore by reaching out to active and inactive delivery partners.

To be successful as a telecaller, you should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to stay active on Dunzo and explain tough changes smoothly.

**What You'll Do**:

- Engaging with delivery partners of Dunzo.
- Handling Outbound and Inbound calls.
- Understand the partner requirement and help the partner through the support processes and take feedback.
- Explaining eligibility criteria of various incentive schemes designed for partners and helping partners understand new products and services.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Calling active and inactive partners to increase supply hours of the city.
- Addressing partners uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Help drive retention and reactivation goals of the team by reactivating inactive partners.
- Help partners understand timely changes better.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior tele calling experience on outbound calls.
- Knowledge of Excel to prepare reports and call sheets.
- Good verbal communication with proficiency in **Kannada,Tamil, Telugu and Hindi**. languages is mandatory.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Good interpersonal and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
