We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic **Audiologist** to support our customers with ear-related health concerns and recommend suitable **WeHear devices**. In this role, you will consult with patients, conduct hearing assessments, and ensure seamless device fitting and aftercare. You will also play a key role in building relationships with ENTs and healthcare professionals by demonstrating our products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct hearing assessments and examine customers (in-office and on-field) for hearing-related issues.
- Review and interpret Audiogram reports to understand customer needs.
- Recommend the most suitable **WeHear device** based on medical requirements and lifestyle.
- Fit, program, and dispense hearing devices to customers.
- Provide follow-up consultations to ensure customer satisfaction and address post-fitting concerns.
- Collaborate with ENTs and Doctors, offering product demonstrations and technical guidance.
- Maintain accurate patient records and service reports.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Proven experience as an Audiologist or similar role (internship or clinical exposure acceptable).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with sensitivity towards patients.
- Problem-solving mindset to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Familiarity with hearing assessment tools and audiology practices.
- Relevant training and certification as an **Audiologist**.

**Qualification**
- **BASLP (Bachelor in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology)** - Freshers or Interns are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,114.23 per month
