**MAINTAINENCE TECHNICIAN MECHANICAL - JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assemble machine parts with all accuracy and verify with instrument and ensure function
- Develop and Redesign mechanical component parts with all specified dimension and assemblies
- Design and deliver a complete work package including CAD modelling, detailed GD&T drawings, tolerance analysis
- Collaborate with engineering and research scientists to develop theoretical concepts into functional prototypes
- Deliver designs to schedule, accountable for meeting deadlines, following up on outstanding issues and tracking project issues to resolution
- Assist or lead the build of prototype assemblies to test functionality, analyse the ease of assembly, troubleshoot as necessary and summarize results
- Develop, review and release product documentation for parts and assemblies consistent with documentation guidelines
- Work closely with multiple product development groups throughout the product development process (eg Project Management, Systems Engineering, Hardware verification and validation, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
- Provide technical support to released products to improve manufacturing yield, field reliability and/or product cost

**MAINTAINENCE TECHNICIAN MOULD - JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Comprehensive knowledge of the operation, capabilities, and limitations of assigned production equipment and processes
- Maintain accurate inventory of all moulds, slides, pins, and bases
- Manage the qualification process for new and repaired moulds
- Maintain adequate mould, slide, pin and mould base inventories (including spare parts) to support the continuous operational requirements
- Performs mould setups accurately and in timely manner to sustain productivity and quality goals
- Perform first article inspections to confirm products produced met quality standards
- Maintain a “safety first” attitude at all times
- Repair and maintain Milacron Injection machines and mechanical equipment such as conveyors systems, hydraulic equipment, pneumatic equipment, compressors, chillers, dryers, and/or cooling towers
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during operation and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
- °Basic knowledge of Hot runner system and trouble shooting
- °Process parameters settings of machine
- °Root cause and analysis of process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
