**Responsibilities**:
Classroom
- Conduct classes with special emphasis on conceptual clarity.
- Ability to manage multiple batches of classes every day.
- Conduct tests and their discussions.
- Developing, reviewing and updating course materials, including class notes and daily assignments.
- Interactive Doubt Clearing Sessions at regular intervals.

YouTube
- Conducting programmes related to SSC courses on our YouTube channel.
- Adhere to academic standards set by Drishti.
- Brainstorm materials and activities for such programmes.

Publications
- Work in close coordination with Content Head for Books.
- Review content from related publications of Drishti SSC.
- Initiate projects and contribute ideas towards new publications.

**Who can apply?**

Teachers with passion or proven track record in field of SSC exams.

**Major KRA (SMART)**

Minimum Experience:

- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in SSC or similar competitive exam coaching
