**Role Overview**:We are looking for a Trainee Chef who can help train and lead our kitchen team in preparing fresh, nutritious meals. This role is perfect for someone passionate about healthy cooking and excited to work hands-on with recipes that prioritize wellness and taste.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of fresh healthy meals.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Assist in daily prep tasks, including washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Innovate and contribute ideas for seasonal menus and new healthy combinations.

**What we need**:

- Previous experience in food preparation or a culinary environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality food presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
