**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and mock-ups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Ensure designs are consistent across platforms and meet brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch**, etc.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali.
