**Lady England** is an emerging Direct-to-Consumer kurti brand dedicated to providing **stylish, elegant, and affordable ethnic wear** to middle-class women across India. We believe fashion should empower and connect, and we’re looking for creative minds who can bring that vision to life.

**Job Overview**:
We are hiring a **creative and confident Content Creator** who can **visit interesting locations**, **wear or display our kurtis**, and **create engaging video content** with voice-over, reels, and stories that resonate with modern Indian women. You’ll play a key role in building our brand’s emotional and visual identity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create **catchy, viral short videos** and reels wearing or featuring Lady England kurtis
- Deliver **voice-based content** (with clear, expressive voiceovers or dialogues)
- Travel to **remote/cultural/local hotspots** and shoot natural, lifestyle-oriented content
- Develop **script ideas** and **captions** that align with brand tonality
- Capture the essence of **Indian tradition fused with modern elegance**:

- Collaborate with the brand team for campaign planning and trend-based content
- Upload content timely with **Instagram trends, reels music, and trending hashtags**

**Requirements**:

- Strong **on-camera presence** and **voice clarity**:

- Ability to create **engaging content independently** from different locations
- Familiar with **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts**, and social media trends
- Knowledge of ethnic fashion and women’s styling is a big plus
- Basic video editing skills (mobile editing tools like CapCut/InShot, etc.)
- Own smartphone with good camera quality
- Creative mindset and willingness to travel or shoot in natural/cultural settings
- Fluent in **Hindi or Hinglish** (voice content will be in these languages)
