**Job Title**: Building Management System (BMS) Operator
**Location**: Jio World Centre, Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 years in BMS operations with HVAC expertise
**Qualification**: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Monitoring & Operation**: Continuously monitor and operate the BMS to ensure optimal performance of HVAC, lighting, electrical, and other integrated systems.
- **Troubleshooting & Diagnostics**: Identify, diagnose, and rectify system faults and alarms promptly to minimize downtime.
- **Maintenance Coordination**: Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze system data to identify trends, optimize performance, and generate detailed reports on energy consumption and system efficiency.
- **System Configuration**: Assist in configuring and updating system settings in response to operational requirements or facility changes.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- **Emergency Response**: Act as the first point of contact during BMS-related emergencies, ensuring swift resolution and system restoration.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC Engineering.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in BMS operations, with hands-on experience in HVAC systems.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze system data and implement performance improvements.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues efficiently.
- **Team Collaboration**: Proven experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
