**Your role**
- Are you an expert when it comes to Deploying, Configuriing and setting up Finacle and FAS applicatons? Do you have a track record of influencing seniorIT stakeholders and business partners? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?
We’re looking for a IT support analyst to:
- support the existing core Banking solution Installation of FInacle 10.2.18 and FAS
- help optimize the current FCB and FAS set up in Prod and Non prod to ensure environments are robust
- contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services
- define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
- maintain a knowledge database
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the WM Tech India team in Mumbai. As an RTB and SRE team, we are responsible for Application support for the India Core banking and Wealth platforms. As a RTB support analyst, you’ll play an important role in ensuring platform stability, providing key inputs in building next generation Digital platform
**Your expertise**
- minimum 6 years of experience with Production support, SRE roles
- in depth understanding of Private banking Industry (core banking and wealth management in specific)
- Strong hands-on Knowledge of ITIL and SRE principles.
- experience in DevOps and ITSM tools, Jira, Jenkins, Git, SNOW, Control M etc.
- ebility to understand, write and Debug complex SQLs and UNIX scripts.
- good communication and stakeholder management skills ,willingness to collaborate with the Dev / L3 and Central infra teams during to deliver enhanced customer / business experience
- ability to coordinate with vendor and work closely with them in delivering the projects and BAU support coordination)
- good analytical and problem-solving skills and quick learner
Good to have Requirements:
- understanding of Capital markets
- understand of different modules of core banking system ( TD, CASA, Loans and payments)
