**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers to promote loan products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain loan procedures, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and terms & conditions clearly.
- Follow up on leads provided by the company or generated through personal network.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely processing of loans.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Business, Finance, or Marketing).
- Prior experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
