**Position Overview**:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Placement Officer to oversee the summer and final placement processes for our MBA, MCA and BBA students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Institutional Brand promotion in different Corporate Events / Institutions and conduct of Career Counselling sessions for attracting better students to join MBA / MCA / BBA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and industry professionals.
- Provide guidance and support to students in preparing for placements, including resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.

**Educational Background**:B. Tech / MBA / MCA

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in placement or career services, preferably in a reputed educational institution or corporate setting. Proven track record in achieving placement targets and managing placement processes.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using placement and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

**Performance-Based Incentives**:

- In addition to the fixed monthly compensation, the Placement Officer will be eligible for performance-based incentives based on achieving placement targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
