**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Finished Goods Warehouse, including organizing, labeling, and maintaining inventory.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure the accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of goods according to sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with the sales department to meet customer demands and delivery requirements.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes, including quality control and safety procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts to prevent discrepancies.
- Oversee the loading of trucks, as well as the proper handling of products.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to optimize warehouse operations.
- Maintain records of stock levels, dispatches, and other relevant data.
- Report to senior management on warehouse performance and key performance indicators.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse software systems.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in warehousing.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness, as the role may involve some heavy lifting and manual work.
- Knowledge of kids' apparel and accessories is a plus.
- Education: Degree or Equivalent
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of Experience in Material Management or Related Field
