**Job Summary**:
As a factory security guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets within the manufacturing facility. You will enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security threats.

**Responsibilities**:

- Patrol the premises regularly to ensure security and detect any signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to security breaches.
- Control access to the facility by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Conduct security checks of personnel, vehicles, and belongings entering and leaving the facility.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, such as fires or medical incidents, and take appropriate action.
- Report any security incidents, accidents, or violations of policies to appropriate authorities.
- Collaborate with other security personnel and departments to coordinate security efforts and ensure effective communication.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security procedures, protocols, and training programs.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities, including patrols, incidents, and visitors' logs.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
