**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field

0-2 years of experience in a business support role or a similar position

Strong organizational and project management skills

**Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal**

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**

**Proficiency in Canva is required**

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist the Founder in day-to-day business operations

Manage projects, including tracking deadlines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables

Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions

Prepare reports and presentations for the Founder and Trainers.

Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the business

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Finding and Onboarding Trainers.

Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,693.07 - ₹18,709.15 per month
