- Verify and cross-check data entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Update and maintain data records to ensure they are current.

**Data Management**
- Organize and store data systematically for easy retrieval.
- Perform regular backups to secure data against loss.
- Edit or correct any data discrepancies as needed.

**Document Handling**
- Convert physical documents into digital formats via scanning or manual entry.
- Ensure all files are appropriately labeled and stored in the designated systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Reporting**
- Generate periodic reports from the data for analysis or review by management.
- Summarize large datasets into meaningful formats or charts.

**Quality Control**
- Review data for errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies and make corrections.
- Perform quality checks to maintain data integrity.

**Collaboration**
- Coordinate with other departments to obtain necessary data or resolve discrepancies.
- Provide support for data-related queries or reports.

**System Maintenance**
- Ensure the proper functioning of data entry systems and report technical issues.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency.

**Skills Required**:

- **Typing Speed and Accuracy**: Ability to input data quickly with mínimal errors.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring precision and thoroughness in data handling.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), and databases.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently managing workload to meet deadlines.
- **Confidentiality**: Ensuring sensitive data is protected and handled securely.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
