**Fashion Design Faculty**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fashion Design faculty member to join our dynamic team at Ruzivo School. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the next generation of talented fashion designers, igniting their creativity, and equipping them with the skills and knowledge to thrive in the ever-evolving fashion industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and deliver engaging and informative courses across the fashion design curriculum, including areas like:
Design sketching and illustration

Draping and patternmaking

Garment construction and finishing techniques

Textile selection and sourcing

Fashion history and theory

Trend forecasting and analysis

Sustainable and ethical fashion practices

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their design projects and portfolios

Mentor and support students in their academic and professional development

Stay current with the latest trends and developments in the fashion industry

Contribute to the department's overall academic mission and vision

Participate in departmental meetings and committees

Supervise student interns and/or assistants (if applicable)

**Qualifications**:
Master's degree in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the fashion industry, with a proven track record of success

Strong experience in teaching and/or mentoring students

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for fashion and a commitment to excellence in education

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
