We are hiring on behalf of our **client school**, which follows the prestigious **IGCSE curriculum**, for the position of **English Language Specialist**.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the holistic development of students from Primary to Higher Secondary levels while working in a collaborative and professional school environment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Teach English Language and Literature to students from **Primary to Higher Secondary** levels, adhering to the **IGCSE curriculum**.
- Design and implement lesson plans that foster language proficiency, critical thinking, and creativity.
- Prepare students for I**GCSE**examinations by guiding them in comprehension, grammar, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate and track student progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Plan and execute engaging activities like debates, creative writing sessions, and reading programs to enhance language skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and strategies for academic success.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and learning.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Master’s Degree in English (M.A. English) is mandatory.
- **Experience**: 1-5 years of teaching English, preferably in an IGCSE Curriculum.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with the IGCSE curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students across different age groups.
- **Other Requirements**: Immediate joiners are preferred.
