**Purpose**:
As per the line plan utilize the allotted manpower with required skill and achieve the planned productivity.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Allocation of operators as per the line plan

2. Ensure 100 % utilization of workforce

3. Ensure the availability of accessories and line input before starting of sewing and also ensure minimum of two days inputs in place.

4. Periodical monitoring of hourly targeted production with accepted quality.

5. Educate the operators to achieve the productivity as per the requirement fixed by IE.

6. Ensure the garment rejection and sewing wastage are within the limit

7. Updation and submition of hourly production board and records.

8. Monitoring the safety aspects of employees at work place.( Needle / eye guard )

9. Ensure work place cleanliness

10. To ensure machine break downs to be addressed without delay

11. Ensure targeted production achieved.

12. Coordinate with line QA staff at work place to smooth running of line.

Take care of proper accountability of finished garments and cut panels
