We need profiles form **Commercial Vehicles-Trucks**
Industry Preferred**:Commercial vehicles - Mandatory**
- Education:

- 12 - 20 yrs for B.E. Or M.E./M. Tech
- Experience of 15~20 years with excellent domain knowledge in above aggregates:

- Ensure Engineering Project Deliverables with TCP targets for all vehicle platforms.
- Ability to handle team.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:
1) Design and development of Frame, Mounting Aggregates & Engine Mounts
2) Design of sheet metal, forging, casting Indian & reated International standards & Regulations & validation requirements.
3) Handling product lifecycle activities for new projects/modification projects (CAD data proposal preparation, EBOM CADBOM release activities etc)
4) Resolve build and testing issues
5) Design allied activites like SOR, CIR, DFMEA, DVP, FTR preparation and signoff
6) Interact with CFT for DFM, DFA, DFS clearances
7) Ideation and implementation of IMCR activities
8) Physical Metallurgy & Manufacturing processes,
9) DFMEA, DVP, APQP, G8D problem solving, DFA/DFS, NVH, VA/VE Techniques

Competencies:
1. Result orientation with execution excellence
2. Multiple proposal preparation with pros/cons matrix presentation
3. First time right approach
4. Good communication skills to interact with CFT
5. Proactive approach towards work activities for project completion
6. Proper documentation, project tracking & timely deliveries

Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job:
1. Good domain knowledge on above aggregates
2. Good knowledge on part and system level calculations
3. Failure analysis and problem solving skills
4. CAD knowledge (Catia & Team center PLM)
5. GD&T
