**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensure smooth on boarding by guiding new hires through systems, tools, soft skills, and process-specific expectations.

Track trainee performance through regular assessments and provide feedback for improvement.

Identify process gaps and implement training interventions as needed

**Requirements**:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree - Any Stream

**2+ years** of experience as a **Process trainer** in a **BPO.**Strong understanding of BPO operations and industry standards.

Strong command over **English communication** both spoken and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Ability to handle **training batches**independently Strong interpersonal and coaching skills. Flexible to work in **shifts.**

5 days working Day Shift.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
