The Junior Legal Officer will be responsible, under the supervision of the Senior Legal Officer and General Counsel, for:

- Provision of legal advice and representation on routine matters, including moderately complex and sensitive matters, conducted in the General Law Unit, and as allocated.
- Management of moderately complex legal files and the provision of advice in response to
- General Law Unit legal queries. Provision of advice on the legal rights of children in care, briefing of and in-house conduct of civil claims on behalf of young people in the care of the CEO and care leavers.
- Providing legal assistance and support to other practitioners across the division and liaising professionally with the field on any issues arising from, or impacting on, any legal matter.
- Providing professional input to any training and/or research as directed.
- Providing high quality service that is proactive and solution focused and responsive to customer needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
