We are looking for an experienced **IT Expert** to lead and oversee a critical project. The role involves:

- **Project Monitoring**: Overall supervision and coordination of the project.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Act as the key nodal person for the bidder and conduct monthly project reviews with management.
- **SRS Development**: Collaborate with BSPHCL, DISCOMs, and officials to finalize and develop SRS requirements.
- **Training & Documentation**: Train system users and the IT/admin team, and prepare user and admin manuals.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:

- B.Tech/BE in CS/IT/ECE or
- BSc-IT/BCA with M.Tech/MSc-IT/MCA

**Experience**:

- **12+ years** in the IT/ITES industry.
- **4+ years** in the Power Sector.
- Proven expertise in:

- Design & Development

Testing and implementation of CRM software
